30 day money-back guarantee on latex cores that do not show wear.  Latex must not be damaged or altered in any way.  Please allow up to seven days upon returning your item to receive full refund. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Organic O' Canada warrants that latex rubber cores will be free of compressions greater than 1’’ of the thickness of the product, or the item can be returned under the guidelines listed below for replacement value only:

10 Year Warranty

First two years, non-prorated. Balance of Eight years(8)prorated 10% annually.

Freight returned to Organic O' Canada will be the responsibility of the customer. Material returned and then tested to be found to not qualify under the above guidelines, can be sent back at the customer’s expense. Compression testing before an authorized independent company will prevail.
